Awesome loan planner app!

By far this is the best that Ive tried.

I like their UI, very smooth, it doesnt crash. You have a credit capacity, loan simulator and an option to save a loan. When executing a loan simulation (which I always used) the handy chart is really neatly done. Not to mention their amortization table is also organized very well! At least they thought of not cramping the monthly all together with the yearly, instead they show the Table - Years first, then click the selected year and it shows you the monthly payments. Did I mention you could email this as well and select from three file types - I use PDF mostly.
