I found the graphs to be helpful, but overall not worth the $5. To little info to input or as an output to be effective.

This is a pretty well laid out application. Does what it says, lays it out pretty well. There is some room for future enhancements. The biggest problem right now is the price. $4.99 is too high for the functionality. I would say $1.99 or $2.99 at the most.

The advantages of this app is that it is easy to enter the necessary data and get useful graphics for your current or proposed loan. Im always trying look forward to get free of debt. A good app at the special price.

I liked using this app to try & calculate a new home loan my family has been lookin into recently. It is a relatively easy to use app but there isnt too much assistance with the technicals aspects of borrowing. Considering the large volume of loan apps out there, at low or free prices, this app isnt really worth your time.

This is a good starting point to find out where you stand, before purchsing anything.

Spend is another budget tracking app for the iPhone that allows you to keep track of what youve got left to spend for a specific budget for a given period of time. Its a great and handy way to keep an eye on exactly what youve got left without going over, and it even provides you color coded warnings incase youre getting close.

I have some loans and need to play alternatives of payments and always use this app. It is useful and made some very good desist ions with help of this excellent app. I give 5 stars.

Seriously I shouldnt have to say more, but, long story short I incorrectly assumed that app would be better than a free app I already had, I was wrong.

Quick and easy. I have only used it for a quick amortization and payment amount. Looks like it has more to offer then what Ive needed. Good value!
