This is a GREAT app to have if you are in sales of any kind. Offers an abundance of features for whatever your niche may require, and will certainly help put your prospects at ease by laying out the terms electronically! Must have for all sales rep who require financing etc.

A great financial app.

I have tested almost all loan simulators and this one offers something more than just the amortization table in the app. I was able to receive amortization sheets by email in PDF or HTML. This is really useful and unique, I recommend it!

By far this is the best that Ive tried. I like their UI, very smooth, it doesnt crash. You have a credit capacity, loan simulator and an option to save a loan. When executing a loan simulation (which I always used) the handy chart is really neatly done. Not to mention their amortization table is also organized very well! At least they thought of not cramping the monthly all together with the yearly, instead they show the Table - Years first, then click the selected year and it shows you the monthly payments. Did I mention you could email this as well and select from three file types - I use PDF mostly. DC Labs has done a great job! Thank you so much for this app!

This is a nice app. It isnt for people who do lots of loan calculations, but for the average person, this should meet most of the needs. My only suggestion is in the Loan Sim section, make all 4 parts (amt, yrs, %, mnthly pmt) all entry fields. Then just require 3 or the 4 to be entered for the calculation. Some poeple want to enter a monthly payment and see how much that equates to in principal. All in all a well done app.

It would be perfect it you guys added the option to send extra $ montly and yearly. Secondly some loans have years and months term, for example I have a 4 year and 7 month auto loan I cant use this app to compute my payment because I can only insert the year not the month. If it had these two options I just mentioned then it would be the best app. Johnnyboy

Well done. If allowed, I wouldve added another half-star, however, It would be nice to see additional field data besides: Amount, Term, and Rate. Great job on the amortization table though, and thanks for supporting saved file attachments in multiple formats. Please fix a few bugs - for example, better functionality inside form fields; editing, deleting, and also a few issues with interface gestures. (recognizing touchpoints) Overall - relatively expensive, but provides a solid foundation to build for the future. Lets hope the Dev adds more fields/formulas...

I really like the "save a loan" capability. This allowed me to explain a whole bunch of re-fi scenarios to my wife quickly at a glance. Being able to re-arrange the list was key. The email feature is useful also with the PDF version. Adding some integration with the Contacts would allow picking a person from contacts to send the email instead of hand typing. Nice work.

This app is great for anyone that needs to study loan options! Being able to save loans makes the program even more useful.

Very nice program, graphics were easy on the eyes. This program is better than most that I have used in the past. The loan program opens up with a Credit Capacity screen which the user enters total income, Total loan payments per month and maximum desired DTI ration. Then it calculates the credit capacity, Current DTI and based on the desired DTI and current DTI determines the Amount of income available for the loan. The next function is the Loan Sim. Here the user enters the amount of the loan, Years, and APR. The monthly Payment is calculated and below that a pie chart that displays the capital and interest and total interest paid. On the Loan Sim screen displays the Amortization table. The Amortization Table graphs out the interest and principal ratio. If you press the year it breaks down the annual payment information into a monthly payment information. Also at this point the user can Save the loan which brings the user to the Save page. The user can enter the name of the loan, Name of the Bank, and Select one of four categories (General, Housing, Vehicle, or Cash) I thought it would be nice if a table would be available to quickly compare loans. But when the Saved Loans button is tapped, the loans are listed with a brief description including the Bank name, loan amount, years, APR and monthly payments. Having just refinanced the listing on the saved page provides a quick/comparison of the loans. From this the user can press the power and home button for a snap shot of the page which can be email quickly (this email worked since it was from the camera roll) You can also email the loans in pdf, html or txt formats, and a pop up window informs the user the email was sent. Developer corrected the issue. (original post : Unfortunately I never received the emails sent to my gmail account.) Recommendations: add a bi-weekly payment feature, allow for partial year calculation (for instance 3.X years. Some car leases are 39 month) a year/monthly toggle on the Loan Sim page would be helpful. Overall very nice program. Originally gave it 4 stars. when the developer fix the email issue I changed it to a 5 star program. thank you bruinsrme

The app is well built and the GUI is well laid out. Really useful if you want to know the monthly loan and such Has some cool features like people below me mentioned Overall a very nice app of you need to know info about loans and such

A great app with a fantastic options to save and send your figures via email seamlessly. Is it possible to get the loan simulation to give you an option of fortnightly and Monthly payment schedules. Way cool. Thanks
